Somethings to consider. To get the Caribbean taste of the cheese spread you have to use the New zealand Chetta or the White Chetta I think its the same thing. If you are making a lot more add more of the ingredients and adjust it to your liking. I know the recipe calls for the lime pepper sauce which I didn't write out here yet but you could use any pepper or hot sauce you like if you're in to spicy foods. If you're making this to last maybe for 2 or 3 weeks don't add the carrots. It may not last long. I don't want anyone to get sick so This mixture has to be stored in the fridge or if its out on a counter top do not leave it for long hours unattended. The mayo would spoil it. You could cut the sandwiches in triangles or serve it on a bun. This treat is enjoyed at parties and picnics or on trips to the beach. If you have any questions feel free to ask and I will try to help as much as possible. And one more thing about the food coloring you don't have to add it if you don't want to. Its just to make it look colourful. I never add it when ever I'm making. I blend my cheese in a blender and I use a food processor to finely chop up my onions. Any kind of onion is great.

Yes it does. I make a small tub to last me the month. And I always use fresh cheese. Meaning that when ever I go to the grocery I buy a small block of cheese and use it on that. I don't like to use left over cheese that I had in the fridge for a long time.

I'm not much for spice but it can be adapted I'm sure.

Cheese is good but too much of it could give you headakes.. Speaking from experience.

Well I didn't eat a block of cheese but I did eat a lot and got a really bad headache. That's how I know. I'm going to get the pepper sauce recipe. There are 2 types but I will do one at a time.
